Do I need to be 21+ to purchase your ice cream?
Yes. All of our products contain up to 5% ABV. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and a valid government-issued ID is required for delivery or in-store pickup.
How do you ship frozen products without them melting?
We ship our boozy scoops in insulated coolers packed with dry ice. This ensures your treats stay frozen for up to 48 hours in transit, even in warmer climates.
Where do you ship to?
We currently offer nationwide shipping across the United States. Please note that someone 21+ must be present to sign for the package upon arrival.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or melted, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are there dairy-free or vegan options available?

How long can I store the ice cream in my freezer?
For the best flavor and texture, we recommend enjoying your Tipsy Scoop within 3 to 4 weeks of delivery, though it will remain safe to eat for several months if kept at a consistent freezing temperature.
